CTZN Records is an independent, multi-genre record label and artist-led entertainment company owned and operated by sisters Evannah Vernon, professionally known as Evannah V, and Evanne Vernon, professionally known as King Micah.
Built from the perspective of active recording artists and entertainment professionals, CTZN Records operates across recorded music, artist development, live performance, talent sourcing and procurement, media and content, music publishing, events, and global entertainment opportunities.
Music remains at the core of CTZN Records, while the company’s broader entertainment operations create opportunities connecting artists, performers, creative partners, events, and entertainment projects across domestic and international markets.
Our Artists
CTZN Records maintains an in-house artist roster centered around its founders and recording artists, King Micah and Evannah V.
The label develops and releases original music, artist projects, collaborations, and other creative work through the CTZN Records ecosystem.
Talent sourced through CTZN’s procurement network for specific client opportunities is not automatically signed to CTZN Records. Independent artists and performers may be considered and presented for individual bookings, engagements, residencies, events, productions, and other opportunities without entering into a recording agreement with CTZN Records.

Our Talent Procurement Process
CTZN takes a structured approach to talent sourcing.
01 — CLIENT BRIEF
We receive the client’s requirements, including the type of talent, performance needs, experience, availability, location, engagement period, and other applicable criteria.
02 — SCOUTING
CTZN identifies potential candidates through its talent network, recruitment channels, industry relationships, and direct outreach.
03 — VETTING
Talent is reviewed based on professional experience, performance materials, photographs, reels, live footage, qualifications, availability, and suitability for the specific opportunity.
04 — TALENT PRESENTATION
Qualified candidates are organized into professional talent profiles, presentations, and pitch decks based on the client’s requirements.
05 — CLIENT SUBMISSION
CTZN presents selected candidates to the applicable entertainment partner or client for consideration.
06 — SELECTION
Final casting, selection, rates, and booking decisions remain with the client, venue, production company, or applicable entertainment partner.
07 — ENGAGEMENT
Once talent is selected, the applicable parties proceed with the appropriate engagement, contractual, and operational arrangements.
Our Approach
CTZN Records is an independent record label and artist-led entertainment company, not a traditional talent agency.
Our talent procurement services are designed around specific entertainment opportunities and client requirements. CTZN may identify, vet, package, and present independent talent for consideration without representing that talent as signed CTZN Records artists.
Final casting and booking decisions remain with the client or production partner.
CTZN may receive a procurement, referral, or booking commission when talent sourced through its network is selected for an applicable engagement, according to the commercial terms established for that opportunity.

CTZN Records works with entertainment professionals, organizations, production partners, venues, and clients across multiple markets.
To protect the privacy of our clients, partners, talent, and commercial relationships, CTZN does not publicly disclose confidential client information, proprietary sourcing channels, venue requirements, contact information, or private commercial arrangements.
Talent and clients working with CTZN are expected to maintain professional communication and respect the applicable relationship and submission process associated with each opportunity.
